Organic Graviera Menikio is a pale-yellow hard cheese made from sheep milk produced by our own animals, with the addition of culture, rennet and salt. It matures for a minimum of 3 months, developing a unique, spicy flavour and a rich aroma. Delicious when paired with wine and fruit.
