VELOUDO, GOAT YOGURT STRAINED BIO 170G

The organic yoghurt "Veloudo" is produced exclusively from 100% fresh Greek goat milk. From the moment the milk is collected, within few hours, it is pasteurized in special facilities so it can preserve all of its nutrients. When yoghurt thickens, it is placed in special made bags, which are called “tsantila” and stays there for 24 hours, where it is drained in a traditional - natural way.
